Application explanation
After grinding and polishing process in HD aluminium and glass substrates, it is crucial to clean and remove the grinding/polishing residues to return the substrate to a pristine state before it enters the plating/sputtering step. Our detergents are designed to assist this process to meet high cleanliness standards with stringent process controls.
Besides substrate, we also supply detergents for cleaning casette carriers to reduce possibility of soil transfer from carrier to substrate. Compared to cleaning with DI water, cleanliness of carriers cleaned with detergent is superior to ensure no negative impact on substrate quality.
Product Features
Our water based detergents are manufactured with high purity deionized water and filtered with up to 0.1 micron filtration system in Class 10K (ISO Class 7) cleanroom condition. We have an extensive array of cleaning and analytical equipment to support customer with cleaning trials with the aim of process optimization.
