In addition, we developed “Ultimas PRO” which gives the conventional exposure function of the fiber.
With conventional Ultimas you can finish the fiber height in the plus region after polishing which Ultimas was not good at.
 

SO series（Final Polishing Film）

The SO series is a polishing film for finishing single-core connectors and since its sale in 2000, it has been widely used by customers both in Japan and overseas. We are selling it as a high-precision polishing grade, and we have orders from customers who place importance on fiber height. Two grades are available, each corresponding to low load polishing and high load polishing. These products polishes with only pure water and has high durability.
 

Flocked Polishing Film

For polishing complex structure

Characteristic

Polishing film with abrasive grains fixed on piles on flocked film.
It is mainly used for MT connector polishing, and its effect is demonstrated in the protruding process and finishing process.
The process which required slurry in the past, is able now only with this flock film and pure water. It is environmentally friendly.

Optical Fiber Polishing MIGT

 High grinding performance
Characteristic
It is most suitable for resin removing process of MT ferrule and MPO connector. The grinding power is higher than that of ordinary SC film, the surface shape is hard to clog and the polishing layer is thin, making it easy to flatten out.

Liquid Crystal Display Polishing Film

This product corresponds to removal of foreign matter on the surface of liquid crystal display; from large TV to mobile phones.
It greatly contributes to the improvement of yield when polarizing plate is attached.
Cleaning with dramatically fewer damage than other methods is possible by using foamed polyurethane with high cushioning base.
